Frequently Asked Questions

These are the questions clients ask most often before registering for an online nutrition consultation. If yours is not here, contact the team directly — and if you are ready to start, the registration form is the entry point.

Before the session

Registration and the assessment form

Step one

What registration asks for, and what follows it

The online registration collects your contact details and a short description of what you want help with — a few sentences is enough. A longer formulir asesmen follows, covering meals, cooking, activity, and any medical context you want to share, because those details change what is appropriate to suggest. Nothing is charged at registration.

If you are unsure whether the service fits your situation, describe it in the form and the team will answer honestly before you book a session. There is no penalty for asking, and no obligation to continue after the reply.

What helps

Detail beats polish

Rough notes about a normal week are more useful than a tidy summary of a good week. Where you eat, who cooks, and what you usually skip tell the dietitian more than a perfect record would.

Session mechanics

Session format and length

Sessions run online, usually over video or voice, and a standard session is about an hour. This matches typical online consultation formats in Indonesia, so you can plan your day around it the way you would around any appointment.

You can take the session on a phone, provided the connection is stable enough for a call. A quiet corner and a charged battery matter more than a desk setup. Follow-up sessions are usually shorter and focused on adjusting the plan rather than building one from the beginning.

Who you talk to

Dietitian credentials and how to verify them

Credentials

Registered, and open to checking

Sessions are handled by registered dietitians, and the team works within Indonesian professional registration norms, including MTKI-linked certification. Each dietitian profile lists credentials and focus areas, so you can see who handles which kind of question before you choose a slot.

If you want to confirm a credential before your session, ask and the team will point you to the record. That applies whether you are booking for yourself or for someone you care for — verification is a reasonable request, not an inconvenience.

Coming ready

What to prepare before a consultation

Have a rough sense of what you ate over the last few days, even if it is incomplete or you cannot remember exact amounts. Note any health conditions, medications, or pregnancy, since these change what is appropriate to suggest. Think about how your week actually runs, including the nights you eat out, order in, or skip a meal because work ran late.

None of this needs to be perfect. The session will fill the gaps through questions, and the dietitian will ask for the context that matters most. What helps is honesty about the week you really have, rather than the week you wish you had.

A five-minute prep list

  • Jot down the last three or four days of meals, including drinks and snacks.
  • List medications, diagnosed conditions, or a pregnancy you want considered.
  • Note who cooks at home and what ingredients are usually available.
  • Think of one or two questions you want answered by the end of the call.
  • Pick a quiet spot with a stable connection and enough charge for an hour.

Money and delivery

Cost, payment, and what is included

Pricing

Confirmed at booking

The price depends on the session type you choose, and it is confirmed when you book rather than guessed at beforehand. Registration itself costs nothing.

Payment methods

How you can pay

  • Invoice or bank transfer.
  • Cash on delivery, where an in-person arrangement applies.
  • Card payment in person at the office in Semarang.

There is no online card checkout, so plan the transfer before your session rather than during it.

Included

Notes and a draft plan

Session notes and a draft rencana makan are included, so you leave the call with something written rather than only a memory of advice.

Your data

Privacy and your data

Details from registration and sessions are used to plan and deliver your consultation. Personal data is not sold. The privacy policy explains what is collected, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how to request changes or deletion.

Questions about your own data can go to the team directly, and you do not need to wait for a session to ask them. If something in your record is out of date, say so and it will be corrected.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Reschedule with reasonable notice and the team will offer another slot. Repeated no-shows without notice may require re-registering, since the time was reserved for you.

The exact details are confirmed at booking. If you are unsure how much notice counts as reasonable in your case, ask before the appointment rather than after.

The consultation is guidance on eating patterns and meal planning. It does not replace medical care, does not diagnose, and does not prescribe. If your situation needs a doctor, the dietitian will say so.

Quick answers

Questions we hear most

How do I know the dietitian is qualified?

Profiles list credentials, and the team works within Indonesian professional registration norms, including MTKI-linked certification. You can ask to verify a credential before your session.

Is the consultation in Indonesian or English?

Sessions are available in Indonesian, with English on request. Mention your preference in the registration form so a suitable dietitian is assigned.

Can I book for a family member?

Yes, but the assessment should be filled in for the person being consulted rather than for you. For a child, a parent or guardian can complete the form on their behalf.

Do I need to be in Semarang?

No. Sessions are online and clients register from across Indonesia. The office in Semarang is where in-person payments and arrangements are handled, not a requirement for the consultation itself.

Still unsure

If your question is not answered here

Write to the team with the details that matter in your case, and you will get a reply rather than a brochure. Practical questions about timing, language, or whether the service fits what you need are all fair to ask before you register.

Registration is the entry point for a consultation: it collects your details and a short description of what you want help with, and nothing is charged at that stage. If you would rather clarify something before filling anything in, the team is reachable by phone or email during office hours.
