Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NutriRasa Indonesia collects and processes personal data submitted through this website, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Where this page sits

Plain terms for the information you send us

NutriRasa Indonesia (Jl. Pemuda No. 10, Semarang, Jawa Tengah, 50132, Indonesia) runs this website and the online consultation service behind it. Whenever you register for a session, complete an assessment, or write to us, some personal data changes hands. This page states what we ask for, why we ask, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how you can change your mind.

Nothing here replaces the specific consent you give when you submit a form — it explains it in ordinary language. If a sentence reads oddly or a detail is missing, write to our team and we will clarify it before you hand anything over.

See also the Cookie Policy for the smaller technical records this site leaves in your browser.

Written for visitors

This notice covers the public website and the consultation service. Records held by a dietitian's own practice outside NutriRasa follow that practice's notice, not this one.

Chapter one

Data we collect

We collect the information you provide through the registration form and the assessment form. That includes your name, your contact details, and the nutrition-related answers you choose to share — the foods you eat often, the meals you find difficult to plan, the goals you want to work on, and any preferences or restrictions you write down.

We also collect a small amount of technical data: browser type, the pages you visit on this site, and the general region your connection comes from. This data keeps the site working, tells us which pages fail to load, and shows us which guide pages visitors read most. It does not include the content of your consultation notes.

You choose what to send. Fields marked as optional on the assessment form can be left blank, and a shorter answer will not stop us from reviewing your registration.

Chapter two

Why we collect it

Personal data is used to review your registration, prepare for your consultation, deliver the session, send written notes afterwards, and follow up on the plan you agreed. Your answers guide the dietitian assigned to you, so the session starts from your real eating pattern rather than a blank page.

Limited technical data helps maintain the site and understand coarse usage patterns: which pages are opened, where readers leave, and whether the registration flow works on the browsers people actually use.

We do not use your assessment answers to build advertising audiences, and we do not match them with data bought elsewhere.

Chapter four

Sharing with dietitians and service providers

Your assessment and session notes are shared with the dietitian assigned to your consultation. That sharing is the point of the form — it is how the person you speak with knows what you wrote before the call starts. Access is limited to that dietitian and the staff who need to arrange the session.

We use standard service providers for email delivery and website hosting. These providers process data on our instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not trade your assessment answers for advertising credit.

Who sees what

The dietitian who runs your session reads your assessment. Office staff arranging sessions see scheduling details, not the full nutrition history.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or publish your personal data. No outside party receives your name for its own marketing.

Records and choices

How long we keep things, and what you can ask for

Four practical question groups. Each row answers one of them without hiding behind a legal phrase — if you still need clarification, our team answers plain-language questions about privacy-policy practice by phone or through the contact page.

Retention

Registration and consultation records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and to satisfy recordkeeping obligations. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymized. Practical horizon: while a plan or follow-up is active we keep the notes; once the work is complete we keep the record only while a genuine need (a requested follow-up, a billing record, a legal duty) still exists.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, ask for corrections, request deletion, or object to specific processing. Send the request through the contact page at Contact and we will confirm receipt, ask for any detail we need to identify your record, and respond within a reasonable period. If a request conflicts with a recordkeeping duty we will tell you which part we cannot remove and why.

  • Access Ask what we hold about you and receive a readable copy.
  • Correction Point out anything wrong or outdated and we will fix the record.
  • Deletion Ask us to remove records that are not under a recordkeeping duty.
  • Objection Tell us to stop a specific non-essential use and we will.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies for basic functionality and to measure anonymous usage. One group keeps the site working — remembering that a form was already submitted so you are not asked twice, for example. The other group records which pages get read so we know which guidance is worth extending. Details are described in our Cookie Policy. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, and blocking the first group may make parts of the registration flow misbehave.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including limiting access to the staff and providers who need it to do their job. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we keep the amount of data collected deliberately small: if we do not need an answer to run your consultation, we prefer not to ask for it.

Children

Registrations for minors should be submitted by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children outside this arrangement. If you believe a record has been created without a guardian's involvement, contact us and we will review and remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or applicable requirements. The current version is always available on this page, and its review date sits at the top so you can see when it last changed. If a change meaningfully affects how we use data you already gave us, we will tell you through the contact details on your registration.

Where the data goes

Your notes reach one dietitian, not a marketing list

The answers you write down become the working notes for a single consultation, kept in service of the plan you asked for. When the work is done, the record stops being needed and gets deleted or anonymized — unless a billing or legal duty says otherwise, in which case we tell you which part survives.

Questions about this policy or your data

Send a question about the privacy policy, ask for a copy of your record, or request a correction through the team at NutriRasa Indonesia. Someone answers during office hours and will tell you what happens next rather than leaving the request in a queue.

If your question is about the consultation service rather than your data, the FAQ page covers how sessions run, what they include, and how a plan is put together.
